Roger started his career as an advertising creative, developing projects and campaigns for a vast list of agencies in Brazil and abroad, such as Domani Studios, Cramer-Krasselt, The Martin Agency, Tribal DDB, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, W+K, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Leo Burnett (Chicago and São Paulo), Y&R and Euro RSCG 4D, just to mention some.

In 2011, Roger founded Dlktsn (a digital shop, part of Delicatessen Group) in São Paulo, Brazil. Under his management, Dlktsn was a multi-platform studio focused in crafting engaging stories and immersive experiences for digital, mobile, physical installations and film.

For three years, Dlktsn helped agencies to innovate in the digital environment, creating for them, cutting edge design, compelling stories and disruptive technology.

Working as both Creative Director and General Manager, Roger built strong relationships with major Brazilian agencies and proudly built a strong portfolio with projects for clients like Mini, Sony, LG, Samsung, Renault, Nissan, TAM, C&A, Itaú, Santander, McDonald's, Alpargatas, Iguatemi, H2O+, Bavária, Rede Globo, Vivo, iStockPhoto and Monster.com among others.

Over the course of his career, he lectured in universities, was awarded in key advertising festivals and had his work published in magazines and books.

Now Roger acts as both Visual Artist and Photographer on his own company (CROP Studio) in Brooklin (São Paulo, Brazil), creating fashion and beauty imagery as well as graphic/interactive design projects. His photography work has been hand-picked by Adobe's Curation Team and got featured on Behance network under 'Fashion - Makeup Arts'. Only 'projects that challenges conventions and pushes the creative world forward' are selected to be presented in the curated galleries.
